Default D17a2 vteck

My 2003 ex vtec has stock 240 injectors I was thinking about putting 440 injectors in it .... Will that give me more HP

Probably not unless you replace the fuel pump and camshaft and tune the ecu and everything.

Your best bet would be a stage one camshaft intake and exhaust. No tune requried and youll put down 20 or more whp.

OK makes sense what about speed chips are that worth it ... I'm just trying to find out how to increase horsepower and torque the car has 127 stock I wanna have somewhere between 250 to 350 at the flywheel but if never souped-up car before so I have no clue where to start

there is almost no way to make that amount of power on this engine without tons of money. You would be better with a k series engine swap which would still be cheaper.

Make na power would be probably 170ish whp after tousands of dollars spent. Turbo on The stock engine would equal 200 whp build the engine and you might hit 300 whp with a turbo also.

Just do suspension mods (tires wheels coilovers good brakes sway bars) itll make the car a whole lot more fun.

For reference, you're not going to see those kinds of power figures without swapping or running a turbo setup.
