Default Clunking noise.

2001 Honda Civic EX
I have a clunking noise toward the front drivers side. It is a constant clunking when driving especially when driving slower. Both lower control arm bushings were shot so they were replaced. I also replaced the passenger side ball joint. But the noise is still there. I wasn't just throwing parts at it, the control arm and ball joint needed replaced but I was hoping they would resolve the clunking noise. I jacked the car back up and did all the checks and the only thing I can find is that there seems to be alot of play when I place my hands at 3 and 9 and shake the tire back and forth. I'm wondering if this amount of play is common. As I am doing this the steering wheel is moving as well- it is racking back and forth inside the vehicle. I thought that was normal-for there to be a little play in the steering wheel when its parked, but I've done some research and can't find any info on it. I'm thinking its either my steering rack (I hope not) the tie rods or a wheel bearing.
I posted some videos so you could hopefully see what I am talking about.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

The steering rack shouldn't be moving like that. The mount could be worn out or loose.

Thank you. Do you think it’s my entire rack that needs replaced or just the mounting bushing? Is there a way to know without dropping the entire rack ?

I think its just the bushings that are shot, but its hard to tell without being there. If you have nimble hands, you can access the bushings from the fenderwells of the car.
