Benen Front Tow Hook

I just bought the Front & Rear Benen Tow Hooks and i needed help on how to install the front tow hook..the rear one is a breeze but im kinda unsure about the front one..any help would be great..thanks..!

the front isnt functional on the 7thgen unless you want to cut the front bumper so it goes through it. there is a diy on how to do the showhook in the front on 7thgenhonda in the diy

you dont have to cut the bumper, you have to drill, not cut
