b+g coilovers

b+g coilovers or ksport?
Hey there everyone, I am wondering whether I should go with b+g coilovers or ksport. I have read good reviews on both, but at the moment I am leaning towards the b+g because from various reviews people have said they ride very comfertable and I also feel the design of the coilover is first rate. Does anyone know the exact spring rate for the b+g I know they are nice and soft but I havent been able to find the exact figures anywhere....I can get the ksports cheaper but only by 100 bucks, so if you were in my shoes which would you go with ksport's or b+g? BTW MY VEHICLE IS AN 05 LX

I have a mate in the UK on K-Sports and he seems to think they're pretty damn good.
I have seen a couple of instances of them being defective and leaking after only a short time, but i suppose the same could have (and has) happened with any manufacturer.

I had B&Gs. They were great for the first couple years and the ride was ok. As time went on and I lowered the car a little bit more each year, the ride got really crappy. The dust boots tore to shreds and the damper shafts were exposed.
My biggest complaint with the B&Gs is the 'auto adjusting' dampers. My theory is that they got stiffer as the damper compressed. This is a great feature as it removed the need for you to pick a setting. HOWEVER, this 'auto adjusting' feature absolutly sucks if you ever want to have back seat passengers or a load in the trunk (this may also happen when the car is lowered too much). The load in the back tricks the dampers into thinking they are constantly cornering, thus stiffening the ride.
I wouldn't buy B&Gs again. In fact, I will never buy non-adjustable dampers again.
Anyways, here is the last pic I have of the car lowered on B&Gs.
