Fastest automatic Civics EQ times
So im just curious as to what our automatic civics can do, time wise.
My car hits consistant mid 17's - but recently had some more mods done and personally, I think i can go for high 16's next time i goto the track
any other automatics with n/a hit the 16's yet?

even with minor boltons, you wont see high 16's if your time was 17.84@77.68mph. i doubt you'll see low 17's with bolt ons. unless you bolted on a turbo or k motor lol. auto civics werent made for a fast quarter mile... they were made for a using the least gas to get a quarter of a mile...

In a Junkyard near you.
Ehh I havn't had my 94 to the track yet but I bet I could bust through the 16's. But as for yours I doubt it. That transmission just can't process the thought of "go fast"

that 17.84 @ 76.68 ws from th first time i went to the track. since that Ive gotten a 17.19 @ 78.27mph - and that was with school books, tool box, spare-tire and all inside the car....removing all of those objects would be like removing a body.
school books:: 25ish lbs
tool box (+ tools inside): 65lbs (yes ive weighed it)
spare tire + car jack etc. around 30-35?
25 + 65 + 30? = 120lbs = sum1's tall hot gf removed from car
IMO i think its possible to break into the high 16's...but we'll see what i can do next time i get a chance at the track
