Default 2003 Honda Civic leaking fuel from drain line in front

Hello everyone I'm in need of some help! I've looked everywhere and can't find anyone with the same issue.
2003 Honda Civic ex I have a fuel leak coming out from that looks like a small rubber drain hose in the front of the car behind the engine. It appears to be a designed drain as there is a clip holding it down in the position and dust on the outside shows a c clamp hasn't fallen off. It drips while the car is running and for a period of maybe 20 min after the car is off. Otherwise it runs fine. Anyone know what may be causing this? The line runs up either under the heatsheild or into the cab so I can't trace it.

Thank you in advance for any advise it is much appreciated and I'm sure appreciated by those researching in the future. I will post an update when solved.

That's designed, as far as I know, to drain the fuel system and/or relieve pressure to save the rail/injectors. You definitely want to replace the fuel rail though, as I don't think that piece is servicable

Thanks for the quick reply. I hadn't thought of that. Do you think the cause would be further up maybe? Like an issue with a regulator or maybe the fuel pump?

Potentially. Put a meter on it and check your pressure

Are you sure it's fuel ? It could be the air conditioning evaporator drain hose which drains water from the evaporator.
