2003 Civic AC problem
After my own troubleshooting & 4 trips to Honda dealer AC still doesn't work.
So far:
Fuses & relays OK.
Refrigerant level OK, no leaks.
No error code on Heater/AC control module.
Dealer replaced thermal cut out switch - didn't help.
Dealer replaced PCM - didn't help. Back to original.
Jumped compressor relay - compressor kicks in. Last time I did this I got a refrigerant release for a couple sec til I removed the jump. Is there a relief valve or did I blow something?
Dealer says I have to replace the Heater/AC control module and compressor - mega $$.
Any sugestions.

Re: 2003 Civic AC problem
I know the AC control module is a problem on these cars it is located behind your glove compartment beside the blower unit so will have to remove the glove compartment which is very easy by squeezing the sides together. I used a thin piece of wire to short mine and the AC was back to working and that was over a year and a half ago. My symptom was: Nothing would happen at all when I turned on my AC, not even a blow of air from the vents, nadda! Hope this helps you.
