Icon2 03 Civic Evap Leak Detected p1457

~I just joined and this is my first post.

I have an 03 Civic with Check engine light on P1457, I have been dealing with it the past year now. I did hours of research and attempted to fix this but cannot figure out the problem.

Parts I replaced:
-new canister vent shut valve (non-OEM but Dorman brand)
- evap solenoid module (they updated this part, I got the new one with 3-way joint)
-OEM fuel cap
-replaced evap canister (got another one used as I thought it was the problem)

When I open my gas cap, pressure is coming out, so I would think there isn't a leak. With this code, my car will stumble sometimes when accelerating, I have to push the accelerator further down for it to go.

-In the beginning of a day I will drive the car somewhere and drives fine, no stumbling issue. I come back like an hour or so later, starts up fine, but as I go a little bit it the acceleration cuts out like 3 or 4 times. I press the accelerator down farther when its cutting out so it goes, then finally no more and am driving good rest of way where I am going. The stumbling will happen the rest of the day each time I start it up and drive, same 3 or 4 times then driving fine. Next day the whole cycle repeats itself.

-I don't know where to look next or what the problem could be, any ideas?

There is 2 codes related to the evap p1457 and p1456 The (p1456 is the gas tank location including the gas cap) since u have already replaced the gas cap and you are still getting a p1457 looks like it is the other half of the system where the charcol canister is located. most likely it is your evap bypass valve/solenoid.
What I would do is replace those 2 things and see if that clears the code otherwise, I’m sorry to tell you my friend but I think you may have another problem.
I hope this helps you some
Good luck

I solved the P1457 code by replacing the EVAP by-pass shut valve (and canister since it is difficult to separate and old anyway) under the vehicle. All OEM Honda parts.
