01 Honda Civic Crank but no Start.

Here is my issue, My Honda will crank but won't start. I got fuel, I got air, I'm not getting a spark, however My plugs are not cracked, the coils are not throwing codes, The car isn't throwing codes at all. My fuses are fine, tried changing out the ECU because maybe the immobilizer is messed up, no luck. I'm at the end of my rope with this thing, I need to get it runnin. Any help would he appreciated.

You cannot change out the ECU without creating problems with the immobilizer. Now, with the original ECU... if you do not have a blinking green key icon on the dash, you do not have an immobilizer problem limiting the ignition power to the engine.

Have you removed the upper timing cover and checked the mechanical timing belt timing to make sure that the engine is in proper time ???

Timing is fine. I did have a green key icon at one time and now it is gone. Thats why I'm thinking it was an imobilizer issue.

Bad main fuel relay in the glove box area?
Poor ground wires?
Check these fuses: #1 (15A) in the Under-Dash Fuse/Relay Box and #6 (15A) in the Under-Hood Fuse/Relay Box.

A bad ignition coil can blow a fuse mentioned above.
Using OEM NGK spark plugs?

My fuses are fine, ignition coils are fine, I think it might be the imobilizer ring in the ignition itself.
Is there a way to check that without a scan tool and if I change out the ignition will it still not start?
