Is this safe?? I only ask because i have a set of Type C drilled out like this, and on some parts it seems thin. </TD></TR></TABLE>
yep, i know several people running a set up like this for years. This wheel itself it over 11 years old, and its still holding.

R 16 x 8 +25
I'll upload my other set when I find a pic.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Damn, by any chance did you get those from Roy at ProMo? That looks exactly like his set up for a while and what got me inspired to do up my Toyota P/U.
Either way, sweet truck, still have the rims?

Yup thats roys old truck... It sat in his garage for a few years, and when he got it running again, i told him to sell it to me. Still got the rims too, I'm gonna finish off the truck, needs some work here and there.
By any chance are you the guy that bought my 16" ex-c fins out in west LA?

Re: (derrick2237)
Nice score, if you dont mind me asking, how much did you get it for? (you can PM with that) I though his truck was long gone, especially ever since he started up Eurocode.
Good luck on the work.
I think i just might be, I forgot where we met up, but I had a black coupe back then, the wheels didnt have caps right?

Re: (RSZero1)
I bought the truck for $3k as is with the stock 22r, no buick turbo v6. His truck sat in his garage for like 9 years, so it only has like ~30k miles on the odo.
Yeah those were the rims, no caps. We met up by my work on olympic. Nice seeing you online
