I think you're probably going to need more than just itb's and street tires to be competitive in that "time attack" nsx. looks nice nonetheless.

Personally I will take a 300hp NA Honda beast over a boosted setup any day, you also dont need more than that to take full advantage of the aero and wheel/tire package.

Doesnt need to be competitive to have fun. Some people are out there to win, others are out to race against themselves and enjoy their car they way they like it to be.

Not necessarily. Most times its hard to get consistent open track at a DE day, and some tracks make it impossible to get by slow people in fast cars. So you end up stuck behind a schmuck or spending half your session in the pit waiting for clear track. I know Its a problem for me. Time attack is an opportunity to run with other people keeping a similar pace, with much more open track.
