I'd be very, very surprised if this isn't the first and only one stateside. Sold to me by Lucky R when he came across one in the Philippines

Edit: as of December 2018 I have found one other one in the States, the guy said he was able to buy it somehow off a Malaysian Facebook group or something

A little stash. I guess the "carbon" plug cover is semi common as every '98 spec had it (I think).

Yes the personal box kit is just a sticker and red liner, you use the standard ITR carbon ash tray or a normal Integra black one:

Gotcha! I didn't see the carbon on your original picture. I was looking at it on a cell phone.

17x8 +25 which the offset is kinda rare. Usually it’s +35. If you want my wheels I can forward you to a guy who can get them.
