is there a specific instructions on how to install the decals on the wheels? im ready to do them tomorrow. got my tires on and my decals in last week .

No idea on the fenders sorry, bought from a friend and he didn't know either. Look sick though!
You sure about the Spoon wheels? What's OPAK?
Most sets seem to have the stickers.

I've owned several sets of SW388s and none of them had yellow decals.

SW388 never came with yellow decals (from the factory). Brice is close, but it was actually Inline4 that came up with the stickers if I recall correctly. I know Opak was the Spoon distributer, but for some reason I think Inline4 is responsible for the yellow decals.
There is a rumor that waaaay back in the day there was some with white decals that came on them. I've never seen them in person.

I've seen BNIB sets and they definitely didn't have white decals.
