MORE WEIGHT REDUCTION

Last time N/A motor was dyno'd, it put down 157 whp and 112 ft/lbs (Motor, intake, and exhaust. At that time the car had the A/C and the Power Steering in it, which have now been removed)

Best track time was a 14.8 @93 with wheel hop and spin. That was just the motor with weight loss. No interior in the back and no passenger seat.

Turbo stats...
Got the car tuned for winter, at 7 psi it is putting down decent power. 208 whp and 174 ft/lbs. The turbo setup has much more potential!!! Car still needs to be re-weighed.

A few pics...

isnt it against the law to put an older motor in a newer car? i kno that you can put a newer motor in an older car, but im pretty sure its not legal to do the opposite. Oh well, if a cop wants to check yours im sure you'll deliver the answer soon enuff.

nice lookin car

numbers with the turbo seem awfully low to me, it seems like there should be much more potential with your setup

What i was thinking. Even if only on 7psi and a "conservative" tune for the winter, those are still low. Have a dyno sheet?

No the Exhaust is an actual Apex'i N-1 Catback...

nice lookin car </TD></TR></TABLE>

Thank GOD for being able to register in a county where emissions doesn't matter! Not my county, but it all works out for me...:D

The turbo is bad and needs to be rebuilt and the downpipe needs a bit of work as well, I have made a few more changes since the last tune. No worries, I am being safe with the new changes... The car should be around the 220+ mark, I know this...

Another problem I guess could be that when the first shop installed the new Stand Alone system with the new wiring harness, well since the car wasn't originally wired for VTEC, that wire for VTEC engagement wasn't wired into the new harness as well... So the next tune should be better with the new turbo and VTEC engagement.

I am shopping for a Spoon lip in carbon fiber. Still looking for a good deal to ome across my path and as for the wheels, I am trying to sell them locally. I've owned them for 3 weeks now and it is time to see them go already, lol.
