"I'm new to the honda game. But not to the point where I can just turn it on and drive haha."

Now, that I don't get...? So, you aren't at the point in which you're able to just turn it on and drive?

Sadly this is true, as much as it costs it's worth it because it lasts.
Accord automatic trans' are poopy. I'd go with an H22 swap. Or a J32

I'm going to lower, and put rims lol regardless and probably paint it a different color. But yea the plans for swapping the engine are in play already. H23 Blue Top Turbo, or just buy another F23 And build it up. I don't want to go V6

Hello, my name is Anthony and I am in the same shoes as you, I have a 98 accord lx sedan 2.3l v tech automatic so I'm not here to race either just make a clean daily, I currently have 287k miles with no check engine and I passed smog, my car is dropped two in chest and tinted , I currently have some questions since I am new to Honda and every day I am messing with my car to find out more... How do I know if I have a Japan or American accord? And what is a cg6? I know I'm in the 6th generation accord, is there much I can do? I have the hids and the led interior and the led cluster but what about wheels and lips and bumpers and visors? Any suggestions??

Anthony, I'm going to help you out here.

1. You are in the Appearance/Cosmetic section of Honda-Tech. This is not a technical section nor is it a blog section. This is to post pictures of your, or someone else's, Honda/Acura.

2. The Technical forum, where most of your questions should be asked, is:

Honda Accord (1990 - 2002)

3. Before you go around making a new post with a bunch of random **** in it, make note of the stickied thread at the top of the section:

Sticky: ► 1990-2002 Accord FAQ

That section has quite a few of those Frequently Asked Questions - go figure! already addressed in it.

4. While Honda-Tech's search isn't the best, you've always got that unknown search engine, Google, that you can use.

5. You might just find that Google sends you to a dedicated 6th Gen Accord forum - big surprise that that exists, huh?

6. You're not getting responses here because you've posted random **** about your car in another person's thread that was last posted in over 2 years ago.
