I don't have any EF templates because I have no EFs and no one has posted any that I've found.

Honda Access Integra Type-R Rear Tower Bar

1. Cut it out and mount to posterior side of panels.
2. Use a pushpin to make hole where those circles are.
3. Use 3mm drill bit to go through the pushpin holes
4. Use 45mm holesaw with the arbor going through the drilled holes.
5. Use dremel or box cutter to cut out the material in between the two holes.
6. Use door edge trim to garnish hole.
