Icon7 My 92 EG show car build

LIke the title says, this is a pic recap of the last 1.5-2 years that I took building my show car.

Not the most $$$ build, but I think it came out pretty damn clean for what I've got in it.

The entire point of this build was that I did everything myself. Swap, suspension, body and paint, wiring and brake "tucks", interior and sound.

ENJOY!!

OP please add information to the pictures.

At this point this is not a build thread even though you did a build. This thread as it stands right now is an appearance/cosmetic thread and will be moved to that section if you don't actually provide details to the pictures provided.

A build thread is more than just pictures but is also written documentation of the work done.

If you have confusion on this, please see the rules sticky as I believe it covers build thread contents.

I think the pictures pretty much speak for themselves... The cosmetics section is a better subforum than this anyway, would probably be in OP's best interest to have the topic there.

Anyway... Fantastic job on restoring this car, it's always nice to see a 90s tuner car that's a bit tattered and torn make it's way back out of the grave.

I get that and agree however the details regarding build threads is pretty clear and unfortunately this as it stands doesn't count as a build thread.

I'm not sure you meant how this reads. If you did I don't understand why you would visit this section if that is how you feel.

This thread may indeed be better suited in the cosmetic section. I was waiting to see what the person would like as it is their thread showing their hard work and dedication to the car. I think it's their choice where they would like the thread to reside assuming all rules and guidelines are adhered to.

Not too shabby. How does that header fit? I've never seen anyone use it.

Fits great...but it leaks from the collector...not the greatest welding at all. It was pretty cheap..thin gauge stuff

Everything I did on this car was just for looks, and that why a bought the header. If this was a daily...I wouldn't recommend it...

Very nice OP! Looks good, nice rescue.

For a show car I'd love to see some authentic wheels... also have you seen the new wilwood bolt on calipers? They're pretty cheap and come in red.

All things in time, I know.
