Is the dominican economy that much better than america if nobody really steals over there? Is it because the thieves get their hands chopped off? Or the thieves already migrated to america?

Everyone including the government say that the country"s economy is bad but i see everyone and their mother has more than one vehicle...now about the thieves they do steal cars but they rather rob people or houses for jewelry and money..oh and yeah there's less thieves day by day cuz the government and civilians are getting rid of them...also the only way those thieves would come to the us is if they come illegally cuz they let them out of the country legally if they have any kind of case.. im dominican btw i came when i was 1 year old LEGALLY..lol
