as far as i know, the SiR light has the missing amber piece on the bottom, and a city light...im first referring to the 96-98...the 99-00 is missing the amber piece inside the light, and has a city light...both ctr lights are the same as mentioned before, with the addition of a slightly smoked chrome inner housing...
