im certain they are using mendeola transmissions.
i dont think they are ghetto enough to use the bus trans with flipped gear to run backwards,

On a baja buggy, with extreme suspension, that can race over rough terrain at high speeds.
I don't see what's not impressive about it. There's other motorsports beside slamming a Honda, trying to drag race and autocross it.

Most of them run Fortin transmissions(you can see it down on the tranny). Fortin is leading the market in racing and in recreation offroading.

hell yeah the 1600 class is ruled by the b16a, the alternatives to that are the old *** vw 1600 motors with a whopping non reliable 60hp hahaha
