car looks pretty good, is the 194 bulb in the headlight supposed to act as a "jdm" courtesy light? btw, what is the point of the courtesy light in japan?

no not supposed to be JDM at all. I painted my headlight housings and my headlights light up in an oval shape now. It didn't look right to me when the corners were lit, so i disabled the lights and the corners only lights up when i signal. Instead of having a hot wire just hanging there when my headlights were on, i figured I should wire it to a clear city light type of thing.

In Japan, while driving around inside the city at night, there are so many lights on buildings and around on everything that headlights aren't needed. So cars just have little lights that make the headlight housing light up so you can see where the car is (not intended to shine light on the ground). Hence the name "city" light.
