well there pins and at the edge of the pins are some sort of tread wire that hooks up to it so u wont loose the pins and the wire runs from the pins into the grills i think.

My friend bought his car and the guy b4 him had put some hood pins like that on his car. I think he bought the cheap ones from auto zone or something like that. Just to let you know, you do buy what you pay for with hood pins oddly enough. His hood pins are all rusty and they get out of allinment easily.

yup, they're called "hood pins". You can get them at AutoZone, Checker, etc... just about anywhere that has a rice section. I know a guy that put some on his Cavalier and it actually looks good; it's one of the very few Cavaliers that I like. But, I can't picture it looking good on a Honda, imo.

My Del Sol had hood pins when I bought it. They're red and the car is black. I hate them. If you're getting hood pins atleast go for the color of the car. When I get back to the states that is the first thing I have to fix. How hard are they to pull out and replace?

im prolly not going to get them. cause my cousin just told me that people that mess with your car can just right there name on your hood.

I don't see any need for them, but I guess if you're hood pins started falling out they wire would be helpful.
