i remember seeing this earlier this year. but from what i read was that the guy in the civic was speeding which attracted a cop. so he decides to lose the cop and go faster but loses control. i read that the guy survived and that he and the passenger only suffered cuts.....bruises...

I'd have to have proof to believe that, that looks like certain death.

BS, look at all the blood on the rail. That had to go through somebody's neck

This is somewhat old, but yeah, the driver is pretty dumb to get into a wreck like that...that rail looked like it went thru someone's body...

if it impaled somebody, they wouldnt leave the siderail like that. it would be cut so they could remove the body. and if it did impale someboyd, there would be blood everywhere.

Look at the rail, it doesn't have the go through a person to kill them. It could have cut their chest/neck area so severely. The edge of the side rail is rather sharp and by the looks of the blood on it, I would be surprised if the driver lived
