it will be fast this time...the expected weight is just under 2k lbs, and the expected power is rated at 150. A DOHC Vtec motor 1.6 liter's. (NOT B16)

I'd hit it!!!!

Then swap in a USDM RSX-S motor! (Guessing it will be K Series)

someone over on 2k1civic.com chopped a Honda insight front end on an older CRX rear end, gave it that electirc blue color with big rims...it looked awsome! Like said above, the new CRX talk had been around for a long time.

That would be a cool car, I am sure it can't look any worse then a new Si.

If that really came out 4-5 years ago, they've definitely got some good sources cos those headlights are straight up RSX lights

The part of the article that makes me doubt its credibility the most the '1.6L DOHC VTEC' engine part. Why would Honda go back to VTEC when their new motors use i-VTEC?

Unless that article really is 4 or 5 years old and i-VTEC didn't exist yet....in which case, whoever did that drawing is either psychic or knows some people

My first Honda was a CRX, and i loved the thing, with a good suspension, it handled beautifully. I love the fact that it was a 2-seater, but still had enough room for whatever I needed. I sold it before i had a chance to do a swap, but i think it could of been a beast. I still see the guy driving it every once in a while and i get kinda sad.

The Crx is an amazing car. Can be made fast for little because of its weight and I love the small 2 seater low to the groud flatback shape. It was my first car and I got it 8months ago and have since dumped all my money into it. Im only 17 but I made that money go a long way and I love riding in the thing. I would definetely be on the list to grab another in a second if it was anything like the first

yeah this article is like 4 years old...there have been talk of a new crx since the mk2 crx has been dropped off the line since 91...no there will never be another crx...

the closest thing to one is an Insight which basically is what the crx was made for...

yea its sad....GAY HONDA! insight is something i wouldnt think twice of buying, i straight up say no to that ****. the front end is just...uhhmm...GAY. the only way ide buy one is if i could shop the front off, rsx front, k20 swap, and get rid of those tacky rear wheel well blocker things ewww...and put sum nice rims on it. like rsx-r.
i hope this releases.
