Rare in the US = ugly wheels made for mini vans and compact cars that never really were popular in Japan. Example: Lover Souls
Rare over here = anything over 8J with minus offsets and not available brand new. Example: Toscos

yeah... they were probably rare bc they are ugly back then... never sold much and now rare also... but people want them bc they are rare and nobody has them... trying to be different...
there is a reason why they are and were rare, theyre ugly as **** thats why
i think my most hated rim on any honda... mainly civic people try to get their hands on are the mugen wheels... the ones that look like alternators or the other ones that look like waffle irons...
not only that they always look like theyre 14x5's all small and sunken in
but there are a few rare wheels that are nice
