Well i just started my wire tuck and H2B swap yesterday and all i can say is im excited. I pulled the h22a w m2b4 and started my wire tuck....what a pain in the *** this is i only suggest doing this if you love love your car and plan on holding it for a while cause after all the work and time you put in it it would be a waste to turn it around and sell it

pics of the engine comp looks like after i pulled the motor

Pic of the engine comp after i pulled the wires thru the firewall and prepared them for relocation

Pic of the interior before i pulled the dash off

Pic after the dash was taken off

i dont know much about the h2b plate other than what it does, but why does the motor have to be pulled for that?

well i wanted a full blown wire tuck(no heat no vents no nothing) all headlight and fan wires will be ran thru the fenders and all of the engine harness will be ran into the car on the back of the block....as for the h2b it requires me to weld the stock trans mount brackett i removed for the h22 tranny to fit, and you need to grind the back of the block a bit, remove h series mounts and add B series mounts and a bunch of other **** plus i wanted to paint the engine bay and make it look ppuurrrttyyy

Yeah, it's a bitch to try and do the H2B without pulling the motor.

Oh yeah, so far so good. Goodluck it's well worth the little extra effort to make this kit work

You have to grind a small portion at the back of the block.

Never liked the cable linkage from my old Type-S. Didn't have a solid shift feel like the rod linkage.

i like it with my swap, i swapped the bushings and it felt like a shift linkage again. it's much smoother, and you dont' have to deal with the bitch pin, adjusting the screw to your liking, or deal with exhaust clearance
