It requires removing the bumper too. You might have to find a mix of DIYs to get it done though.

it is sooo easy (was for my 07 atleast). i did it today and took an hour and i did no research.

there is a screws up by the tires (1 on each side), and a lot of little clips under the car. it is pretty straight forward.

Are you replacing the entire headlight assembly, or just the bulbs?

If it's just the bulbs, the procedure (with pictures) is in the owner's manual, pages 313-316. Some minor disassembly is required.
