Remote Key Entry Not Working
I have a 2003 Honda Accord V6 EX. Anyways my remote key entry does not work. I even replaced the battery and it does not work. The Driver's Window will roll up and down (i replace the master power switch), the passengers does not (have that comming in from the honda unlimited parts website). anyways the door lock button on both doors dont work. I have been reading and it seems that it is this MultiPlexer control unit. I am having trouble finding out where to buy this from and what it is called. I found some kind of fuse box for $140 that people said the multiplexer goes inside. Now, if i buy one of these, does it come with a multiplexer? I would hate to buy a fuse box to only find out i need to buy a multiplexer. thanks

Sometimes, the remote just don't work. The remote is the same "corporate" item used on "all" Hondas.
On my 8G Accord, sometimes it does, sometimes it don't. Yes, I replaced the battery many times, until I discover that it's not the battery.
What has helped is that I open it. Take the batter out. Put it back. And it'll work for 2-3 weeks. Rinse and repeat.
All my other remotes have never failed and with original battery, even when I sold the car. Every time when I felt like replacing it, it works fine.
I know it's the remote because the other key works fine.

Hi guys, i bought a new battery and it still does not work, i think it could be the multiplexer control unit. I bought a new passangers side window switch and it still does not wind up and down.

I think it could be the multiplexer control unit, i replaced both master and passenger windows switches. The driver's window will wind up and down fine, the passengers wont.

hi guys, i just bougth a 2003 v6 Accord, with Navigation System, but the DVD is missing, and my Remote keyless wont work, does it has something to do with the Navi system not working??? because ive tried to program the remote, several times, and it just wont work.
Any help or advise you can give me ill be greatly appreciated, i live y Dominican Republic, and Dealers here are not very good!!!
