Have previously changed the oil, replaced air filters, rotated tires and replaced headlight bulbs...that's the extent of my mechanic experience. Just found out my #2 ECT sensor on my '06 Honda Accord needs to be replaced. A buddy, who lives 3000 miles away, said it wasn't that difficult. His instructions over the phone were difficult to follow, so I'm hoping to get some help here.

Where is the #2 ECT sensor? Is it difficult to replace? What else, if anything, should be replaced at the same time? And should I make sure to get Honda parts?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

ect 2 is located on the bottom of the radiator..yes id use a honda sensor for a piece of mind.
