One side of the windshield wiper spray barely works

So basically the left side of my 07 accords wiper spray shoots like 3 in. and hits the very bottom of the windshield while the right side works perfectly fine. Is the problem that the tube to the left spray is clogged and if so would i just shoot water through it or something to unclog it?

It's probably clogged. Use compressed air to clear it out.

I agree with Targa that just use compressed air to clean the clogged.

compressed air, or make sure to see if you have enough wiper fluid in the resovoir

so after playing around with it i realized that the sprayer is just tilted downwards. Are the accords suppose to have an adjustable spray nozzle to where I can tilt it up or down?
