No sound from door speakers, but tweeters & rear speakers work
I am getting no sound from either door speaker, but both front tweeters still work fine and so do the back speakers. If I turn the sound all the way to the front I get sound exclusively from the tweeters.
From my understanding the tweeters run off the same wiring as the front speakers so does that mean it is not a wiring/output issue from the head unit since the tweeters still work? (It wouldn't be the internal amp since the tweeters still function???)
I get the same results whether from the radio, CD or XM input.
The only thing that has been done was I added a GROM Audio BT3 Bluetooth adaptor LINK a few months back. XM gets disconnected and this connects to that input. To the best of my knowledge everything was fine after that was installed. (I can't believe I wouldn't have noticed the door speakers being out). But the tweeters wouldn't work if this somehow messed with the front speaker output correct?
Thanks!
