Default 03' accord A/c issue....fed up.

I cannot find out what my issue is at all here...

I fully charged my a/c when it was blowing hot, it didn't change a thing. In fact when I charged it and turned the ac on, it shot out freon like nitrous on the fast and furious lol. So I drained it out and went to step 2.

Hooked up to freon machine at the shop, it said leak detected, put the dye in and no leaks came up but I heard a tiny hissing noise coming from the condenser. Changed that thinking that the compressor couldnt build pressure with a leaking condenser. Wrong

SO I replaced the condenser, there is no more leaks and my ac is still hot as *****. I'm sick of spending money, and want the damn thing fixed. Its 100+ everyday on the east coast here and driving to work is seriously hell on earth. Thing that is keeping me back from replacing the compressor is that it blew cold on the passenger side for a good 5 minutes one night about 2 weeks ago.

My Question: Bad compressor? bad clutch coil? Knowledge and skills between my friends and I are excellent but this is stumping me. Thanks in advance guys....

Well I hope you haven't roasted to death by now. You definitely have a leak somewhere. Please clarify a few things if you don't mind:
1) You said when you turned on the AC the refrigerant shot out like nitrous. How do you know if it shot out? Did you see it or hear it?

2) You said you tried the dye to find the leaks and couldn't find any. Where did you look? Only in the engine compartment or did you also look at the evaporator coil (behind the dash)?

3) You also mentioned that you replaced the condenser and there are no more leaks. What is that based on? The freon machine at the shop?

If your system has the proper charge and no leaks, are you certain the compressor is turning? Are you certain the clutch is engaging? On my Accord, the engine speed changes slightly when the clutch engages, also by looking carefully at the face of the compressor pulley I can see that it's turning (not the out pulley the belt is riding on, but further in toward the center).

Is your compressor clutch engaging? If you apply battery power to the clutch, will it engage? If the answer to both questions is no, you should read this thread.

Use a manifold gauge set on the A/C machine, recharge and recheck for leaks, turn the system on and see if the compressor engages, if it does not, you will need to use a wiring diagram to test back to the failed part. If the system engages measure the pressures and post back.

Don't replace the compressor yet. I had the exact same thing happen to me on my 04 accord. My leak was at the pressure relief valve on the compressor. It was shooting out freon at 150 psi on thne high side. I made the mistake of replacing the compressor and the same thing happened with the new compressor. Talked to friend that owns a repair shop about my issue and he seemed to think I got a defective compressor so exchanged for a new one and it happened again. I was also getting hot air on drivers side and cool air on the passengers side.
If you get any answers let me know and I will do the same.
