Jack up the front of the car...grab the tire at the 9 and 3 o clock position...pull/push side to side and you'll be able to feel some play if it's bad... That's the easiest way without proper tools

As john said, just make sure any play you're feeling isn't the outer tie rod end. It's a lot easier with a second person to shake the wheel while you look. In my personal experience I've seen way more outer tie rod ends become worn and loose than inners

I did the 9 and 3 and found out that my tire rod end is done replace it and have a wheel alignment but after the wheel alignment at a certain highway speed I can feel a vibration.

Vibration at high speeds can be a number of things (including alignment). Since you just had the alignment done, I would suspect that. Bring it back to the shop and ask them to check the specs.

If it's not the alignment (or balance, which they can check as well), I'd check your axles. A bad inner joint can cause shaking at high speeds. Check to see if there is any grease sprayed around near any of the axle boots.

If the alignment is proper I suspect wheel balance as suggested

When you say " a bad inner joint" , are you referring to inner tire rod?Btw there is no grease spray around the boots. How can I check/diagnose the inner tie rod?

Inner cv axles wear over time, which causes excessive play which then causes vibration. You don't neccessarily have to have grease spitting out for a joint to be bad or cause a shake.. It just has to have some wear which typically is not visible.

I'd hope not, considering you've misspelled grammar.
