Icon3 I'm melting :)

I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX. The AC comes on when I first start the car and will stay on as long as it sits. It will shut off after about ten minutes of driving...and then turn back on after 30 min or so. I have replaced the transistor and checked the refrigerant. I took it to a mechanic but it worked the whole time I was there lol. Does anyone have any ideas? I read something about an RPM sensor on the back of the compressor or maybe a bad relay but I have no idea. Thanks

My compressor clutch and stator were changed, for basically the same symptoms.

it may have to much freon in it causing it to overheat and shut off. check the pressures. or the air gap in the clutch is to big.
