Oxygen Sensor and all cylinders misfiring?
Well I took my 04 Honda Accord manuel v6 3.0 95k, to get smogged and it seems to have failed miserably. I have multiple fault codes p0301-p0306 which is misfiring on all cylinders as well as p0134 O2 sensor circuit no activity detected (bank 1 sensor 1.) Could the failed oxygen sensor cause misfiring in all cylinders? I would like to replace this sensor. Is bank 1 sensor 1 one specific sensor or does that code indicate multiple sensors. If it is one specific sensor where is it located on the vehicle. It also failed emisions at 25mph, any thoughts?

im not sure but in 2004. but you can look for it.
first off, locate the EXHAUST manifold, then you will the FIRST O2 right on the manifold, the second or third O2 is right after the catalytic converter, it could be right below on your downpipe (pipe right after the exhaust manifold) but im assuming you have 3 catalytic converter so better look underneath the car and you will see the 3rd converter with an O2 right after that.
someone can verify that or correct me if im wrong.... i have a G8 I4 accord.

Re: Oxygen Sensor and all cyclinders misfiring?
Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the Upstream/Primary or #1 Sensor for the #1 Bank, in your car being a V6, the #1 bank is the rear set of cylinders. So you need the primary O2 sensor for rear cylinders.
Only use OEM O2 sensor, aftermarkets cause nothing but problems and you will never get rid of that check engine light, as for the O2 sensors causing the misfire, its very unlikely, I am guessing you have other problems or possibly got bad gas somewhere. Faulty coils could also be causing this problem, they are pretty common for going bad, have coils checked, possibly change spark plugs.
Part #s for you:
36531-RCA-A02 for your O2 sensor.
