Re: G7 and G8 Accord Pictures
Can you tell me how the "revised" "7 speed" CVT "shifts"? Quick review on this "shifting" part.
2016 Sport is on my list at 90%. (It would be 100% if it had push button start.)

Re: G7 and G8 Accord Pictures
Ill say this I was apprehensive at first because of the last gen CVT transmission. But it had been great so far. Accelerating it acts like a normal transmission and adjusts the belt like it has gears so it doesn't just sit at like 3k the whole time your accelerating. I've been averaging around city about 29 and went on s highway cruise and averaged 37.
Accelerating to pass is woe nice to it jumps right where it needs to for power. I haven't played with sport mode at all I will say that.

Re: G7 and G8 Accord Pictures
Heres my daily. All that I have done to the car is tint the windows, rain visors, custom grille, I retrofitted the headlights with oem TSX projectors, bulbs, and ballasts, carbon vinyl wrapped the chrome trim peices underneath the trunk mounted taillight peices, console, the silver stripe across the dash, and the trim on the steering wheel, a zero 1000 power chamber intake from a TSX. As far as audio, it has one Skar audio 12 pushed by a cheap 1250w power acoustik amp(for now). Its lowered on Ksport coilovers. The
wheels are 20x9.5 inthe front and 20x 11 in the rear.

2004 Accord EX-V6NV, around 261,500 miles now. XLR8 v2 J-pipe, AEM v2 intake, mid muffler removed, factory resonator replaced with a Dynomax resonator. TL-S front anti-roll bar, Progress 24 mm rear bar. Koni Yellows on the lower spring perch. DC Sports FSB, retrofits with Morimoto projectors and E55 shrouds. That's the original paint, full correction and Optimum Opti-Coat Pro (I'm a certified installer), RSX wheels. Transmission was rebuilt twice, first shop added a cooler but didn't check the lines, 2nd shop found plastic packing material in the lines when the first rebuild went out after 60k miles. Second shop also included the TransLab shift kit which greatly improves shift feel. Seats were replaced this past year, the original seats were coming apart, especially the driver's one. Found a wrecked low mileage 2007 with really good seats, paid $300 for both front seats and the rear lower cushion. Should have picked up the console cover too...Also need to redo the vinyl black out on the chrome trim. Did it 5 years ago with a kit, probably have the shop that did my G35 chrome delete handle it this time. Much better quality vinyl.
If I keep the car long enough to need an engine, probably going with the J35a6 out of the Odyssey.
