Code P2647 Rocker Arm Actuator Control System Stuck on (Bank 1)
I drive a 2007 Honda Accord. As I started accelerating down the road yesterday, the car started shuttering/jerking at approximately 2800 rpm, but would quit as I let off the gas. I ended up just heading straight back to the house. I noticed the Malfunction Indication Light (MIL) came on once this happened. I hooked up the code scanner and it came back with the P2647 code with the description I added in the title. Later in the day, I revved the engine while in park to see if it would do the same thing and it did, also at about 2800 rpm. Any ideas about what is causing this?

Re: Code P2647 Rocker Arm Actuator Control System Stuck on (Bank 1)
I have a 2007 Honda Accord lx 2.4l 4cylinder that is doing the same thing.
I recently bought the car from a used dealership, the oil had not been changed in who knows how long it was black as can be and the motor has 212xxx miles on it with original trans.
I ran some cleaner through the motor after getting an oil change and thats when the car started jerking on me. I through a code for the vtec oil pressure switch, i replaced the whole unite this was after the oil change so i started fresh with the assembly. the old one has a horrible filter/screen. Well the car ran find for a day and a half then it started jerking again. Oil level is fine, i did a warranty return on the vtec oil pressure switch thinking it was failed from the start but the second new one did the same thing a few hours into driving. same thing though 2800 rpm and the car either jerks or falls on its face no rpms going up and no sound from motor or trans.
Whats been done since the problem started - Oils change with honda correct oil and correctly level. Vtec oil pressure assembly replaced twice. Cleaner ran through the motor to clean any sludge or grim and the filter on the vtec oil pressure assembly cleaned after every time driving
Please, any ideas????

best thing to do is to pull the valve cover and physically check the rocker arm assembly and see if there are rocker arms that are not doing the same thing as the others
