Check your fuses first, then your R-134a freon level before you do anything else. After that it could be a few things, compressor clutch, compressor, etc.
See if you can hear or feel the compressor click on while parked. If not, the freon could possibly just be low and the pressure switch is saving your compressor from damage. If need be, you can disconnect the switch harness (passenger side in the bumper connected to your condenser at the bottom and jump the metal connections with a paper clip to see if the compressor comes on. (but only run it for a couple seconds- you need to be filled) That's what I did when I first got my 03 accord, it wouldn't come on so I bypassed the switch to see if it was low or if the switch was bad and it was low. Topped it off and it's been working great.
