I had switched coils,plugs,injectors & did compression checked. Fuel pressure is normal. Still 2 & 3 miss. Honda dealer said it's because of a aftermarket starter which causes interference to ECU.

Starter should have nothing to do with misfire, all it does just starts the engine and the ECU should take over. By advice is pickup up in line ignition tester and check for spark, if you do not have spark, check distributor. Then check your timing and do distributor timing adjustment.
You mention compression check, I am assume it is good? If not do a leakdown. If the compression is fine, then it is either your timing or distributor.

You may want to take a look at some of the TSB's for your car. My 09 V6 Coupe is in the Honda shop right now getting warranty work due to this. Time is running out out it though. I think this is the final summer for the extended powertrain warranty for 09 models...
