same problem here. Windows not working l just clicking. So I jumped #3"cavity and grounded the wire to the body. All windows started working fine. But the right rear passengers side won't go back up anymore. It clicks when I push the button down. Doest click when I pull up. Now I'm stuck with a window that's down. Any suggestions. And it's gonna rain tonight.

Humm, try applying power and ground directly to the window motor - if there is still nothing, replace the window motor ???

I opened the door panel to get to the motor. A tiny piece of plastic fell out from inside. I investigated it. Couldnt find a place for it and put it aside. Now I applied power directly to to rear passengers side window motor and It worked fine. I changed out the master switch which was the original problem to begin with. Now all windows are working fine except the passengers rear only goes down ( the clicking noise only when pushing down). My attention went back to that tiny piece of plastic with 4 prongs that had fallen off. After carefully examining the piece i found a fit. It belonged inside the switch between the citcuit board and the switch which would move and make a connection when pushing the switch up and down. I put that piece in place now everything works fine!
