Won’t start unless tank is full
I recently bought an Accord off of my sister. She’s had it 2 years and has been driving it for at least 1 year with it stalling, studdering, hesitating and not starting unless it’s on a full tank or a little bit below.
I drove it until 3/4 of a tank and it already won’t start. I was going to replace full pump but a couple people say it’s the Fuel Pressure Regulator and others say Fuel Pump Relay.
Has anyone had this problem?! How did you fix it?
Thank you in advance.

It’s a 2005. I’m not sure what size engine it is, I just got it and when I tried to open the hood; apparently it’s a two person job because someone has to hold the button to open it while the other opens it.
