I was wanting to know if I could put a tsx k24a2 engine in my accord that has a k24a4. And if all the wiring would work with it and the ecu that is in the accord would control it. Thanks everyone for your time and experience.

Different vtec I believe, probably won't work.

it is a little I adjusted the valves on my tsx and it has vtec on both cam shafts. I have also adjusted them on my accord. The only differences I seen was on the accord cams was vtec was only on the intake side. Also that the lobes on intake only had one regular and the one big vtech lobe. The exhaust side cam only had one regular. On the TSX k24a2 it has 3 lobes on both on all cylinders. Two regular and one Vtec lobe in center. But from a visual standpoint the Vtec sensors still look the same. I know something has to be different. I'm thinking the ecu will be for sure. But I'm going to look at numbers and letters on both to see if any match. Also from the research online I found one thing between the k24a2 and k24a4. That is the k24a2 has piston oil jet coolers. And i have pictures of both my engines with valve cover off if any one would like me to email them to you all.
