21Years

Hi,

Purchased new Accords for 21 years now, and my 2006 is the only disappointment (owned '92, '96, '01, '08). There are lots of slight squeaks and rattles from the windows and dash, but there's one whistle/rattle that's been present since day one and now it's gotten to the point where I want to blow the car up.

At highway speeds (55-70) there's a whistle/rattle that seems to be coming from the cabin air intake. I'm somewhat confident about the location because when I turn the heat or AC off, the sound becomes extremely faint. When the AC or heat runs, the noise is really annoying. I've had the service manager ride with me and he's heard it but offers no clue.

Any ideas short of a hand grenade?
