**Forgive the title, it made me laugh**

But I've been seeing all these accords with the stickers, and I got some sitting around the house from the AEM intake I installed and a couple other things. Got a couple of HFP stickers I don't really remember where they came from. But I'm wondering, whats the best place to put the stickers and what's the best way to apply them?

I'm gunna do it!!! (unless someone talks me out of it) haha

Have fun... it's your car and your bulletin board. Just make sure you put them on your own car and not someone elses.

To his, his own. Most people I've seen put the stickers on there drivers side door next to the fender or on there rear window.
If it was my car, I wouldn't put any stickers. Just my .02.

I was thinking about putting some on the passenger side, that way all the hot chicks on the sidewalk can see my cool stickers, but when the cops pull me over and walk up on the driver side they wont see any of the stickers and they'll let me go. Rumor has it cop's don't like cars with stickers.

i put stickers on my VC because it gives me +10HP and +8 ft/lb.
well stickers make the car more evident that its modified/ricer. like this neon by my house (pre srt4) has sparco, NOS, neuspeed, brembo, AEM, and manymany other stickers my favorite part is the painted drums totally repping brembo..

Stickers will only last so long, so I would never put them on the painted surfaces. When they finally do start peeling, and you remove them, you'll be able to see where they were. I would only put them on glass, because it will not leave a mark when removed. Not a fan of stickers, or pinstripes either.

What about vinyl stickers, do they leave marks?

yea on painted body parts. it honestly all depends on how long you have them on cuz they "burn" into the paint

No they don't, especially in Cali.

Expect to draw more attention from your friendly local law enforcement.

And (if you go a little crazy with it) a lot of stares and shaking heads.

The paint will fade over time, but the portion covered by the sticker will not fade. If the sticker is ever removed later, you will be able to tell where it was.

i'm sorry, but you ever heard of cars built fo SHOW... these are the ones that get in the magazines and get notice... pick up your favorite car magazine, and guess what... there are cars with a sh*t load of stikers.. so please... stickers is not rice... Rice is lack of style... get it straight

i doubt your cars ever been in a magazine or it will ever be...
show cars are mainly performance then a little looks...

Looks good IMO take off that side mirror sticker and it be pure sex but nonetheless it looks much better!!!

LMAO... dude, you need to get out of florida more often if thats how the shows are down there.. no my car hasn't been fetured on a magazine, and i never said it will, and i said i took them sticker off.. but my car has been in around the web, and its recognizable, it has been in print, but just cuz i attend every show i can here in SoCal. its okay if everything in my car is more expensive then your whole car.. but thats not the point... show cars do mean alot in performance, the do dedicate themselves in that, but they are not driven, or they are tuned only for dyno stats... but i'm better of building more for show then racing and risk my life and others... so if you dont drag or track your car.. pointless in adding performance mods

i'm affraid the clear coat is going to come off... lol.. i had to have the sides skirts repaited and they dont match as much... my dumb as messed up by putting the stickers on with a fresh paint job, and its custom pearl so it wont match 100%.. thats why i haven't painted the lip... so as soon as i'm ready to repaint my car.. i'll do it

Hahaha JDMefHATCH7 is getting pretty defensive about his POV. I think you just need to calm down a tad bit; and listen to others, just because stickers are on a car does not mean it's a so called "ricer".

Rice imo = A car that looks and sounds like a high performance car, but handles worse, and is slower than stock.

look man i think if its in the right place it will look good if its on the door,fender or side skirts i think it looks silly but if they like it then thats up too them but they arnt ricey unless they have those crazy shopping cart spoilers and silly fake fender holes oooooohhhhh that bothers the hell outta me.....

I like the sticker on the side view mirror, I haven't really seen that a lot. And I completely understand your point about performance parts. Mine is a daily driver so I hesitate in doing anything too performance oriented. In my experience you have to choose either performance or reliability. But I think you should only have stickers for parts you actually have on your car. And I don't like oversized spoilers either.. some cars I guess they are ok, but mostly they're ugly...
