Default Transmission or electrical?

2005 Accrod EX/ 2.4/ 190,000

During hard acceleration, if I put the pedal down, the tac goes to 3000rpm and I have no power.

If I accelerate moderately, I have no power and the tac dances from 2000 to 3000 rpm.

I I accelerate slowly, the car gets up to 70 with no problem and no hard shifts.

Check engine light is on. Thermostat out of range and O2 sensor slow.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. In the 7 years that I have had this car, I have never had it in the shop. I try very hard to maintain and service myself. I would like to keep that going.

PLEASE HELP!

Fix your check engine light. Replace recommended O2 sensor.

Type of trans fluid and fluid change intervals?? You may simply be in limp mode due to the codes, your description is a little vague for me....

It could be this. Check out this post above. My 06 Accord is having the same issue Do you have an OBD2 reader you can hook up to your car to confirm the code?
