Throttle cable too short on JDM K424 accord

Throttle cable too short on JDM K424 accord
I swapped in an JDM K24A4 in my 2.4 2003 Accord. The swapped in JDM K24A4 engine had a bracket for throttle for the accelerator pedal and no cruise control.
I used my original mounting bracket with cruise control and the accelerator cable is too short with the JDM K24A4 installed . Even if I try the JDM K24A4 swapped mounting bracket with no cruise control the mounting bracket my cable for the accelerator pedal is too short. Seems like I am off about 2-3 inches or so?
The cruise control cable fits fine on the original mounting bracket on the swapped K424.
Any solutions???
