Stuck Gear..??

Stuck Gear..??
Alright so this is kind of weird issue i am dealing with. my car seems as if its getting stuck in 2nd gear or something. its automatic, i drive sick so this is what it seems like to me. once u start moving from signal light or something i think it sifts from first to second but then from seconds all it does is just revs up as u accelerate. sometimes it happens when u let go of gas and let it roll and ur speed goes down to 20 25 mph and as u try to accelerate again it would just rev up the rpm but no power to the wheels.
i tried explaining it to the rep at the dealers shop and he said oh its automatic it doesnt go to the third gear. now i dont know how automatic transmission works but all i was saying is the best way to describe it is.. as if its was getting stuck in second gear or the power to the wheel gets cut off.. thank god i had made a video of this issue i showed it to them they ran some test and said it was some kind of throttle body part issue..cost me around 1000 bux to fix and the problem is still there.. i am gonna go back to get it fixed but i was wondering if you guys know wat could this be... this is just for my knowledge and of course if someone come across simliar issues with their car they can read about it here... i will try to put the vide up to give u guys an idea of wat it is..

sorry to leave the details out guys its a 03 v6 automatic trans. this doesnt happen all the times. its once in a while thing... i am trying to catch this on video next time it happens... but it hasnt been happening...
i hope the trans is not shot... as its not under warranty.. however they did charge me a whole lot for the last repair they did with the throttle body part.. i am about to just tell em wat you guys did and charged me for didnt fix the problem so fix this for free or charge me the difference.. see how that goes
