squeek in rear suspension

squeek in rear suspension
I have a 2012 Accord EX-L, just turned 7000 miles. I have had an annoying squeek from the rear passenger side of the vehicle for several months now. I hear it whenever I go over the "happy medium" sized bumps in the road. The smaller ones I don't hear it. My husband just spent 2.5 hours at the dealership for them to find the aqueek and fix it. They even had a service guy ride around in the trunk of the car to figure out what it was and still the squeek goes on. could this be a strut or something in the suspension? They told my husband they didn't think it was the strut. Any suggestions?

There's only so many things it could be- wheel bearing (doubtful), bushings (likely), struts not seated right (maybe), busted strut (maybe), bad top mount bearing (likely).
Take the vehicle back to the dealer, get a loaner, then don't take the Accord back until they fix it.

Sorry for the harsh answer, but at 7K miles, they are not going to do anything and will brush it off. If your car was 7 days old and 27 miles, then they may do something in the name of customer satisfaction. They get their bonus on that. You already filled out the survey, so......
The best solution is to take the suspension apart, but the dealer is not going to do that. That's way too much labor hours. Like others have said, there could be a million things making that noise. Rear seats, spare tire, tools, or even the center armrest. I'm sure you already tried to isolate it (and with no success.).
The funny thing with it is, it could go away or get worst. Parts (and glue) expand and contract with temperature, so....
I once had a Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Matrix) that had a rattle in the front dash. It bothered at times. The car was eventually traded it.

Re: squeek in rear suspension
The car is going back to the dealer on Friday. He tells me they will do their best to narow it down. He was going to get a strut for it just in case that is what the problem is. He thought they would end up removing the rear seats and having someone ride back there while he drove it around.
As far as the loaner .... he told my husband that they do not provide loaners. They would happily give him a ride somewhere if he wanted. Too bad we live an hour away....

Rear deck rattle. I know that does not sound like what you described.
See the list of TSBs of this section just incase something looks like the problems you are having.
