Default 2011 Sedan Mods (PCM, Immobi)

Guys here is the problem I'm going to encounter in the next coming months. I currently own a 2011 Accord Sedan and just past the 3/36,000 mark. This gives me the go ahead to do a few mods and need advice on how to proceed. Since the '11 coupe and sedan share the same engine and tranny I want to add paddle shifters to my sedan. I have already read through the Service Manual and purchased most of the parts I need. I know I will need things like the paddle shifters, steering wheel, new gauge cluster, ECM/PCM, Drivers side MICU, wiring harness(s), etc. Using my electronics skills I was able to dis-assemble the coupe gauge cluster, locate the door control chip, solder in the needed resistors and LED's and get the gauge cluster to recognize all 4 doors. Problem solved.

I know I am going to run into another issue when I go to replace the ECM/PCM, MICU, and Immobi components. I know the car will refuse to start. Now looking at this I can do 1 of 2 things (but any suggestions are welcome):

1) Install all the needed components and have the car towed to the dealership to have the ECM/PCM and Immobi re-flashed with the correct VIN and keycode.

2) Drive myself to the dealership and have them install everything (wire harness, ECM/PCM, MICU, Immobi/ignition, etc) but I will be paying an arm and a leg for this.

So my question to all of you... Are these my only options? Do you see any speedbumps I might encounter when doing this.. Like Dealer refusing to reflash the ECM/PCM, refusing to reprogram new keys, etc??

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Humm.....some of these had a "by-pass" code you can enter with the brake pedal but since you will have a different ECU/PCM I'm not sure how that will work.

Any chance you can get the key from the car you get the ecu/pcm out of? If so you can tape the "heads" of the keys together and get it going......some of the older ones, you could tape the key to the pcm and that would work as well.
