Problem with AC compressor
Hello,
I have a 2010 Honda Crosstour and had AC compressor replaced within last 6 months. Always made a whining noise, and AC wouldn't shut off. Brought back to mechanic and said he had to replace relay switches. Got car back, OK for 1 day then AC not working. Also car battery went dead. Now he says air compressor need to be replaced again, and also car radio is draining battery. I have this car at the local mechanic who I have used for 10 years and always reliable. Should I take to Honda Dealership? Car is under warranty. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You

Honda had a spate of problems with certain Hitachi compressors. There was a shortage of new units and most replaements
were rebuilds. If the car is under warranty why not go to the dealer. Check for any TSB's on the unit.
